Fees & Policies
Payment is accepted in the form of check, money order, cash or by pay pal.
There will be no refunds issued on punch cards.
Punch cards expire 90 days from the date of purchase.
Any cancellations of personal or small group training sessions must be made 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for the appt.
A penalty fee of $25.00 will be applied to any check returned for Insufficient Funds and is payable immediately.
Class days, times and prices subject to change.
There will be no make up classes for Boot Camp.
Boot Camp sessions will not be pro-rated.
All monthly payments due on the 1st late fee of $5 after the 10th.
Money paid for classes and Boot Camps is non transferable.
What you will need......................................
Please bring a mat for all classes.
Bring some type of fluid for hydration. (water is great!)
Everything else provided - except on special occasions. You will be notified by the Instructor in such cases.
Please wear comfortable clothing, and athletic shoes with good support.
